Compost Turners

Compost turners are also compost aerators—tractor-pulled equipment designed for tractors ranging from 55 to 120 HP. These machines are available in working widths of 2m, 2.5m, 3m, and 3.5m, allowing efficient composting of organic matter. Through proper aeration, they create the ideal conditions for microorganisms to transform previously worthless waste into valuable compost.

These machines are designed to treat organic waste through an efficient and cost-effective process for various industries. They are ideal for composting cow manure and other animal waste, as well as organic urban solid waste (MSW), turning these materials into valuable compost.

Compost Multiprocessors

These compost turners, pulled by tractors ranging from 55 to 160 HP, feature a unique technology we call a compost multiprocessor. They are ideal for composting challenging materials such as bagasse from the tequila industry and sludge from wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), thanks to their specialized cylinder equipped with a system of blades, paddles, and knives. Their design allows them to function as both compost shredders and mixers, achieving a high level of aeration and improved breakdown of organic matter. This increases the surface area available to microorganisms, creating optimal conditions for faster composting processes and a higher quality finished product.

Hybrid Self-Propelled Composter

These are hybrid self-propelled compost turners, designed to optimize workspace and handle higher volumes within the same surface area. They function as compost multiprocessors, capable of processing challenging materials such as vinasse and bagasse from the tequila industry, as well as sludge from wastewater treatment plants, without requiring a prior drying process. The equipment features hybrid technology, generating electricity through a diesel internal combustion engine. This results in improved fuel efficiency and higher horsepower performance, making it an ideal solution for large-scale, high-demand composting operations.

These are organic material grinders, specifically designed to shred tough materials. Thanks to their blade design, they function as agave shredders for the tequila industry.
